Peroni Nastro Azzurro draught, brewed in Italy, drunk at Sofia's birthday Linner (lunch/Dinner) at Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant in Houston, TX where we ate enough food from their "family style dinner for four" menu selections to feed two small armies. Peroni is owned by SABMiller.

A regular lager style beer, a little paler than the traditional gold color, the beer had a little more body than some other beers brewed by SABMiller though, though it appears the alcohol level is only 4.7. The finish was crisp and clean and there was a pleasant aftertaste that went well with the Stuffed Mushrooms and Mozzarella Marinara appetizers.
