Beer 255 - A.C.Golden Colorado Native (4 stars out of 5)

Brewed and kegged by A.C.Golden Brewing, a Coors subsidiary.  Bought at Jackson's pub in Denver, CO. and drunk with a lunch of blue cheese hamburger and fries.  The hamburger was OK, nicely cooked and moist, the fries were previously frozen and not so great.

the beer web site: http://www.coloradonativelager.com/index.php

The web site says; "Colorado grown barley from the San Luis valley.  Rocky Mountain water from the Clear Creek, finished with hand picked Colorado grown hops.  Discover the beer that is crisp, clean and unmistakably Colorado.  Hold up a pint of Colorado Native and drink in its amber lager color, brought to life with pale and caramel malts from our famous Moravian 2-row barley. We painstakingly balanced its malt character against select Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops to create a perfectly balanced, full-flavored beer. A lager yeast fermentation gives Colorado Native a slight fruitiness, complementing a citrus aroma note from a late kettle hop addition. Everything then comes together to deliver a clean taste and dry finish that is very drinkable by itself, or paired with your favorite foods."

This was a very nice beer, I enjoyed it a lot.  The beer lived up to it's billing on the web site, in that it tasted clean and crisp and had a nice body.  An easy to drink beer with good flavor that went very well with the hamburger and went a long way towards helping my aching feet recover enough to continue exploring downtown Denver.
