Brewed and bottled by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Chico, CA. Bought at HEB Grocery store and drunk at home in Katy while relaxing after a long day at work and stopping for supper with Patricia at Panera bread on the way home.
The bottle says "Sierra Nevada Torpedo Ale is a big flavor IPA, perfectly balanced yet full of flavor and aromas highlighting the complex citrus, pine and herbal character of whole-cone American hops." read more about it at:

This is a big beer, 7.2% alc/volume with a bold, strong taste of hops. There is a bitterness to the taste reminiscent of English bitter, that apparently comes from the method they use to introduce additional hops for extra flavor at the end of the brewing process. I like this beer, but it is not for the fainthearted.
