Widmer Hefeweizen
Brewed by Widmer Brothers Brewing Co, Portland OR bought from HEB Pearland, drunk from the bottle in Pearland while re-caulking the shower.
The only information on the bottle is that this is a wheat beer, uncompromised and unfiltered. Jun 10 10 13:07 WA. www.widmer.com
Classic taste of a wheat beer, strong and slightly bitter on the top of the tongue. Not particularly well balanced, the bitterness dominates and leaves an unpleasant aftetaste.
