75 days ago I drank and enjoyed Fat Tire in the bottle, and since the Polk pub was out of Modelo Draft I thought I'd revisit Fat Tire but this time as a draft.
Brewed in Colorado, bought and drink at the Polk Street Pub, Houston Pavilions, TX. while waiting for Rebecca and Gary for a quiet drink after work to catch up. A quiet bar that should be busy, it is nicely decorated, the prices are reasonable, the service is not so great and even with a few people it is quite noisy.
The beer was excellent. Just what the doctor ordered for the occasion. Light and easy to drink, yet with body and a full flavor, worth coming back to.
