New Belgium Dig Pale Ale

Brewed and bottled by New Belgium Brewing, Fort Collins, CO. Bought at Kroger in Cinco Ranch and drunk at home in Katy, TX while thinking about preparing dinner.

We have just got back from the house And it is looking very nice. The sheet rock is up throughout the house and now it is easy to see each of the roms and the layout of the house. It is going to be so nice, we are going to be very happy there.

The bottle says "unearth your bottle-opener because this pale ale is something you can dig. Sorachi Ace hops provides a fresh spring zing with incredible lemon aroma. Nelson Sauvin is next in Kline with bursts of passion fruit, mango and peach. American favorite, Cascade, provides notes of grapefruity citrus. Dry crisp and clean, DIG pale ale plants the welcomed taste is spring in your hand."

Wow, I'm not sure what al that means and my taste buds are certainly not refined enough to differentiate 'notes of grapefruity citrus'. However, it is Mary, crisp and clean and a pleasure to drink, with a slight hint of bitterness in the aftertaste that lingers for a while.
