Tsingtao Draft


Brewed and bottled by Tsingtao. Bought and drunk at Xiao Nan Guo, a restaurant in Shanghai, China, a short cab ride from out hotel - the Hilton Shanghai Hongquao

Peter Bukaty and I are in Shanghai to check out the market for Gumout fuel system cleaners to be sold through Petrochina service stations.
We arrived on UA flight 877 at 5.12pm yesterday afternoon and were met at the airport by a Hilton Hotel taxi driver who then took us to the hotel. The flight was uneventul but long (almost 14 hours non stop from Los Angeles) .

The service in business class was excellent the seats folded down to make beds, so the combination of champagne, port and a little sleep should make it much easier to get over jet lag.

Passing through passport control and customs was very easy, and the roads were relatively clear, so we arrived at the hotel at 630 pm and checked in without problem - all the hotel staff speak varying levels of English so we had no trouble communicating.
