Tiger Draft

Ordered and drunk in the bar in the Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao while waiting for Peter to come downstairs for dinner. We had a great day today, walked for miles around old Shanghai and along the river water front and through the Bund. We spent some time in the YuYuhan market which is supposed to be the oldest part of Shanghai and enjoyed ourselves immensely absorbing the history and the culture as much as we could.

There are many new skyscrapers in Shanghai, so we took a ride under the river on a French made cable car and looked at the skyscrapers from both sides of the river, then after about six hours exploring we came back to the hotel for dinner at the Chinese restaurant, where I also drank Tiger draft.

The beer is light and easy to drink, but without a lot of character.
