Brewed and bottle by the Spoetzl Brewery, Shiner, TX. Bought at HEB Cinco Ranch on the way home from the new house on Sunday, drunk at home in Katy, TX while preparing dinner of stuffed chicken breasts and steamed cauliflower, while also watching the Daytona 500 rain delayed from yesterday.
The bottle says "Wild Hare is a classic America Pale Ale - richly hopped, fruity and floral. Munich malt nicely balances the assertive character of the U.S. Golding and Bravo hop varieties that gave this brew it's signature bitterness and aroma. ENJOY!"
Very nice, a slight bite that made the beer most enjoyable.
