Saint Arnold Santo

A hand crafted beer brewed and bottled by Saint Arnold Brewing Co, Houston, TX. Bought at Randall's near the Galleria, Houston, TX. and drunk at home in Katy TX while preparing a light dinner of Lentil soup and kolaches.

Interesting that the bottle cap has "Make beer not war" printed on the underside.

This beer improved as it got warmer. When first drunk, straight from the refrigerator, it was rather tasteless and lifeless, rather bland and uninteresting. After looking at the color I decided it was worth waiting to see if the beer would taste better slightly rmer, so I let it stand for a while, taking occasional sips.
