Beer 273 - Strathaven Clydesdale IPA (3.5 stars out of 5)
Brewed by Strathaven Ales at the Craigmill Brewery, Strathaven, Scotland. Bought by my brother Andy at the brewery and drunk at Andy and Andrea's house before dinner with Andy and Andrea, Sandy and Mandy, Rob and Christine and Patricia and I and the dogs Skye and Harry. This is Andy and Andrea with the beer.
We also had a toast to Debbie and all my friends and colleagues at ITW Permatex in Hartford, CT and ITW Global Brands in Houston, TX. This beer is for you.

The brewery flyer says "ABV 3.8%. This refreshing straw colored pale ale initially reveals hints of malty sweetness which gives way to a Norwich grapefruit aftertaste. Beer of the year Camra west of Scotland 2006 gold medal.
A very nice beer. Light and easy to drink, a nice session beer, with plenty of flavor.
