Brewed in Chambly, Quebec, Canada, bought at Trader Joe's in Camarillo, CA airport, drunk at home in Katy with an enhanced Sam's club pizza. 5.5% alc /vol.
The bottle says "Ale brewed with apple juice,coriander and curaçao" and "Ephemere is a seasonal ale brewed with apples, it offers a fragrant green apple bouquet and a remarkably well balanced mouthfeel. Truly a refreshing summer delight in every sip."
The beer is pleasant light and easy to drink and has a nice first taste with ho hint of bitterness. The beer continues fermenting in the bottle so there is a small amount of residue in the glass. A nice summer drink, good for thirst quenching.
