The bottle says "we brewed our first signature hop ale to showcase the power and magnitude of the aptly named German hop varietal - Herkules. With a mighty alpha acid content (upwards of 17%), matched only by its commanding aroma, this hop is forcibly equipped for both bittering and packing a robust citrus punch."
There were plenty of dead yeast cells in the liquid poured into the glass, they stayed in suspension for some time until they finally settled in the bottom of the glass. While this did not detract greatly from the taste, it doesn't look good. Even, so the beer was a little sharp for me and not well rounded. Good, perhaps, for a hop head, but not easy to drink as an aperitif.
