Brewed and bottle by Real Ale Brewing Company, Blanco, TX. Bought at HEB in Katy, TX and drunk at home in Katy, TX while preparing dinner. Patricia and Sofia are still studying calculus, but Sofia has a date with Rigo at 8 pm, so I am roasting a turkey breast and preparing brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and carrots for steaming. A sauce came with the turkey, so I’ll heat that as well.

The web site and the bottle say “Massive additions of American hops in Lost Gold IPA provide the signature flavor of this Hill Country favorite. A pleasant beer with a little bite from the hops, not quite balanced as the hop character predominates which is not my favorite style.
