Full Sail Brewing, Hood River, OR. Bought at HEB, Cinco Ranch, TX and drunk at home in Katy, TX as I heated up fettucine alfredo provided by Magiano’s as part of the dinner last night. Buy one entrée and get a second one to enjoy at home, this was the second one. Patricia and Sofia are studying calculus once again, they got a 96 on the first test. A twist off cap with “LIVE THE DREAM” printed under the cap and 090911 – presumably a best-buy date - on the bottle.
The web site says “Well looky here, a crisp pilsner-style lager all ready to rock your tastebuds’ little world. The third addition to our LTD series is pale-golden in color, featuring a spicy floral hop aroma, malty medium body, and a smooth, thirst quenching finish. ABV 5.6% IBU 35.”
I enjoyed this beer, nice body and pleasant taste without being too heavy. A nice aperitif beer to be drunk before dinner.
