The bottle says this is "ale made from Millet, Buckwheat, Rice and Sorghum." Very interesting. Very dark brown in color with a nice head, pleasant to drink, with a full flavor, but not hoppy or bitter.

Green's Dubbel Dark Ale (Gluten Free)
Brewed and bottled by DeProef Brouwerij, Lochristi, Gent, Belgium. Bought at HEB Cinco Ranch and drunk at home in Cinco Ranch while relaxing on the balcony in glorious 82 degree sunshine after spending the day at Royal Purple Raceway racing the Miata in SCCA autocross. It was a lot of fun, though I didn't do so well, my times are improving.
