Sixpoint Bengali Tiger

Brewed and canned by Sixpoint Brewery, Brooklyn, New York. Bought at HEB Cinco Ranch and drunk at home in Cinco Ranch, TX on a night that will be the coldest so far this year with the temperature dropping to around 5 deg C. So I put the heating on for the first time so we will be warm while I make dinner and Patri studies.

The can says
"What mortal hand or eye.
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
Strides forward with a malty cadence,
Then leaps with a wave of bitterness.
Slashed with a giant paw of citrus, pine,
And resin! Note the lacing of stripes around
Your glass - it is the mark of the Tiger"

Strong beer, 6.4 ABV, 62 IBU, 13 SRM, dry hopped with fresh hops.

A nice beer with a bitter finish. Pleasant to drink but not for the faint of heart or for those looking for balance.
