The bottle says "uniquely different dark wheat ale. This beer is brewed with a touch of Star Anise at the end of the boil giving it a clean smooth finish with a hint of licorice. Caution this beer will bite"
It didn't bite me, perhaps I drank it too cold. More from the taste tomorrow when I try it a little warmer than the almost freezing temperature when served directly from our fridge.
