Beer 364 - Rogue Irish Style Lager (4 stars out of 5)

Brewed and bottle by Rogue Ales, Newport, OR.  Bought at HEB in Cinco Ranch and drunk at home in Katy, TX while trying to make chicken fried rice for dinner.

The web site: http://www.rogue.com/beers/rogue-irish-lager.php

The web site says: "Tasting Notes:

7 Ingredients: Malts: Great Western Pale, Crystal -15, Wheat & Acidulated Malts.
Hops: Sterling.
Yeast & Water: Czech Pils Yeast & Free Range Coastal Water.
and
In 1998 Rogue Brewmaster John Maier created an Irish style lager that would float Guinness. It took four batches to get it just right. John used acidulated malts imported from Europe that resulted in a crisp, apple flavor profile. The bottle label displays a famous Irish Flutist."

This was a very nice drink, easy to drink, and with a nice flavor.  I enjoyed it a lot and patricia liked the taste too.
