Beer 352 - Redhook Longhammer IPA (2.5 stars out of 5)

Brewed by Redhook Brewing, though its not known whether this keg came from the brewery in Woodinville, WA or Portsmouth, NH.  Bought and drunk sitting outside at The Counter hamburger restaurant on Washington Avenue, Houston, TX after a day spent first at the ITW summer barbecue and get together and then at the movies watching Midnight in Paris.

web site: http://redhook.com/beers/ipa/
counter restaurant: http://www.thecounterburger.com/

the web site says"The generous addition of hops both during and at the end of the fermentation process (dry-hopping) gives our India Pale Ale its characteristic bitterness and piney citrus aroma and flavor. The medium body, crisp finish, and moderate alcohol and IBU levels makes this one of America’s most drinkable and best-selling IPAs.  Abv 6.5%   , IBUs 44.0 IBU   , Original Gravity  14.4 degrees plato,  Brewed Since 1984."

The beer was OK, but nothing special, cold and OK to wash down the burger but without any strong flavor or nice body to commend it for the future.
