Fischer Blonde
Brewed and bottled by. Brasserie Fischer, Schiltgheim, France. Bought at Specs Liquor, Houston and drunk at home in Katy, TX while watching Denny Hamlin win the NASCAR race from Martinsville. Juan Pablo managed to finish without wrecking, Yay.
A nice auburn color with a slight head. An interesting pleasant taste, Patricia wondered when the French learnt to make beer, she thought it was quite nice. I agree, the beer is pleasant to drink, has a nice flavor and good body and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
