Beer 212 - RJ Rockers Bell Ringer

The last of the beers from the beer of the month club, this one brewed and bottled by RJ Rockers Brewing Company, Spartanburg, SC and drunk at home in Katy with Pizza for dinner.

the web site: http://www.rjrockers.com/home.asp where it is nice to see they make a point of sustainability and being friendly to the environment, with solar panels to heat the water used in brewing, water reclamation from steam, water reuse and recycling both inorganic and organic waste produced at the brewery.

The bottle says "Our high gravity offering weighs in at 8.5% abv and is delightfully loaded with malt and hops. This is an ale worthy of your sturdiest goblet or most treasured stein. Ring it!"

A nice tasting beer that went well with the pizza, the edge of the bitter hop taste was taken off by the sweet malt, to make the beer much more drinkable.
